Stewart Pink has continued to be very busy on Drive, recently catching up with Hutton singer/songwriter Sophie Griffiths for a chat about her latest single, Home.
Sophie and Stewart chatted about the single, which takes inspiration from reflections on her hometown and family, and also chatted about a variety of subjects including singing with Mum and Dad’s record collection, upcoming gigs, getting lost on lockdown walks and Adele’s new album!
A familiar voice to our listeners, Sophie has previously appeared with Jon Good and Patrick Sherring to talk about and perform her music on Phoenix FM.
Stewart is also currently fundraising for Childline’s 35 Challenge, which is celebrating 35 years of the telephone service. The idea is to create your own fundraising challenge with the number 35 as inspiration. The NSPCC’s fundraising manager Sarah Laffling is a regular visitor to Stewart’s show and recently came on air to talk all about it.
