There are many things you can do to reduce the age of your internal organs, and in turn lengthen your life and give you loads more energy. Often these things are simple lifestyle changes that you easily incorporate into your daily routine.

Everybody should be doing some strength building activities at least twice weekly to improve bone density and improve overall health.  One way of doing this is to carry your shopping instead of wheeling it in a trolley, or carrying it all the way home. Many bags for life are designed to lift 15 to 20kg, and most of us will be easily able to carry 5 or 6kg in each hand. So simple!
