A new show all about the boys and girls of E10.

This week’s show features reaction from Orient’s 1-1 draw with Cheltenham in the season’s opening weekend and a track from Barry Galvin and Kenny Toal marking those who gave their lives in The Somme.

Also, we have part 1 of our sit down with Orient legend Martin Ling to talk about his life, from its beginnings in Forest Gate through to his successful playing career, moving into coaching and management, right up to the present.  In 13 years at Orient, the man did it all, from player to youth coach, assistant manager and manager.
