Hogarth School Takeover 8/6/11

It was another great takeover by four of the year 6 children from Brentwood’s Hogarth Primary School, and the last for Ella, Sophie, Lainey & Rory as they’ll all be moving on to secondary school next term. The children from Hogarth always convey a very happy life at the school, and this afternoon was no exception!

As well as choosing a favourite song, each of the children talked about some of the things they’d been getting up to. Lainey talked about what they’d each done during the half term holidays:

Sophie told us about the SATs:

Rory shared what they’d done on polling day:

and Ella talked about preparations for the school play, in which Phoenix FM gets a mention:

The children always speak very fondly of their teacher, Mr Clarke, who’s retiring at the end of term:

Good luck to all the children in Year 6 who’ll be leaving Hogarth this term – and a very happy retirement to Mr Clarke!
