Desu Taem is a father and son team – Shan, who’s 58 years old and has been loving rock, punk, alternative rock for 50 years, and Nick, who’s 23 and an exceptionally talented musician.

They describe their music as Savage Retro Rock and The Deceiver is the fourth song that they have published, after Narcissist, Three Suns and Ripped in Two. They publish their music through their own publishing company, Pre Posthumous Productions (“Why wait till you’re dead?”)

Shan says: “Most of my songs just come to me, seemingly, from out of the blue and/or in the middle of the night while I am sleeping. I often have to wake up and jump out of bed to record them so that I don’t forget them. I feel, like they are inspired by God. He wanted me to write The Deceiver as a wake up call for those who don’t know The Truth and otherwise wouldn’t hear it. The hardcore sound hopefully attracts the very audience who needs to hear it, and in a way that they like their music, Savage Retro Rock style.”

Having grown up playing in multiple bands inspired by Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana and more, Nick brings his background to the studio as musician and audio engineer.

You can find Desu Team on Soundcloud, YouTube, Spotify, HearNow and Apple Music.
