When did you first start to develop a passion for music?
I liked music ever since I was young and singing in the church, haha and I continued ever since.
Which artists did you listen to while growing up?
I grew up listening to Shirley Caesar, Run DMC, Big Daddy Kane. Doung E. Fresh, Cool G Rap amd Kool Moe Dee to name few.
How would you describe your music to someone who hasn’t heard you before?
Oh my, I would say that my music is a cross blend between, Freddie Jackson, Somkey Robinson and Kool Moe Dee
What music have you recorded and released to date?
Wow, ah, Mystic Rose (Slow Spin), Mystic Breeze (The Intro), Wooden Doors (The Single), God Loves You, Calming and Relaxing Music, A Beautiful Night A Beautiful Day, and my latest Time Just Float Away.
Which artists do you enjoy listening to at the moment – and do they influence your work?
Beyonce, Ruben Studdard, K-Ci and Jojo, Mary Mary, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Drake, Ginuwine, Joe, Usher, The Isley Brothers, and New Edition in all of its veriants, haha. Yes, they does influence my work because I view all of them as icons and I admire them so much.
Who would your dream collaboration be with?
Wow, that is a hard desion because I have so many, haha. However, if I could work with Usher on a song that would be great. I think that I would learn so much from him. He is an icon and a well rounded performing artist.
What are your plans for the future?
I have great expectations in putting out more music, doing concerts and in acting being in serveral feature films, TV Shows and such like that.
