The Arts Programme – 182 – Stay this way

Essex born glorious singer songwriter Anna Pancaldi shared her experiences as a musician, getting a sync deal, getting back to touring and her new single Stay this way. Check out her tour dates including 20 October at The Waiting Room in London and 15 November at Coda in Colchester. She also told us about her new merchandise coming to her website soon, with her own signature cross over bag! Grab yours when they go on sale here.

And Maj Birch, one half of Brennan & Birch joined us in the studio with young volunteer Gracie to talk about a new creative initiative for young people in Brentwood. Big Smile Collective brings the Youth Art Factory for 11-17 year olds on Saturdays from 11-2pm at the Hermit in Brentwood. You can come for the whole time or just drop in. There will be lots of creative things to do, free drinks, food and wifi and the group will be planning to paint a large wall mural.  You’ll also get to meet industry professionals an get an Arts Award that can help on your CV and in applying to college or Uni.
