We’ve been playing out Earvin Gallardo’s new song Yummy Brujerias on our Rising Stars show recently – and we caught up with Earvin to find out a little bit more about himself and his music.

When did you first start to develop a passion for music?

My passion for music started in my childhood.

Which artists did you listen to while growing up?

My music taste growing up varied. Growing up in NYC’s melting pot gave me diverse ears.

What music have you recorded and released to date?

I’ve recorded hundreds of songs – however only a handful are currently up on all major streaming platforms.

Which artists do you enjoy listening to at the moment – and do they influence your work?

I like hearing underground artists whose names aren’t in the media.

What are your plans for the future?

My plans for the future is to keep making music that can hopefully unite people from all over the world with the hope of making it better for future generations.
