Blank Generation
Steve Green

This week on Blank Generation I am joined by Eater guitarist, Brian Chevette. Brian is in charge of the playlist and recounts the early UK punk rock scene with tales of hanging out with The Clash, The Damned, Sex Pistols, Johnny Thunders and more. Aged just 15 at the time, like the rest of the band, Eater were the original teenage upstarts. Their first ever gig was in Manchester with the Buzzcocks supporting. How cool is that to tell your grandkids? They made their way up there on a National Express coach!! Now 43 years later, Brian has a new single out on Aldora Britain Records called Believe Me which is backed up with a new rendition of the Eater classic, Only Room For One.
