Passionate Hemp expert Tim Barford – director of Yaoh the original hemp company joins us over the phone. We chat about the benefits of hemp and ways to enjoy hemp in your diet.

Tim had helped pioneer the reintroduction of industrial hemp to the UK, helping set up the House of Hemp in 1991, and opening the UK’s first hemp shop in 1994.

Also joining us is Specialist in Food Intolerance Mary Roe. 

Mary wrote the book in order to spread the word about the facts of food intolerance, for people to help themselves, having been given more knowledge about the subject. The data quoted in the book was collected from all clients Mary tested in 2015.  And her experience has built up over 24 years.

The following symptoms are commonly caused by a food intolerance  headaches, migraine, IBS, catarrh, asthma, depression, eczema, adult acne, fatigue, sleep problems… and Mary gives some advice on what to do if you suffer with any of these.
