Standon Calling 2018

We were back at Standon Calling for our fourth year - and we've voted it the best one yet!

The event was founded by Alex Trenchard in 2004 and since then it's grown from a birthday barbecue to a one-day one-stage event to the multi-stage event it is today.

This year's event continued the festival's tradition of bringing in some real big hitters, with headline slots from Paloma Faith, George Ezra and Bryan Ferry.

The theme of this year's event was The Future and the site was split into four different areas, each designed around a possible future for mankind.

Phoenix FM were official media partners this year and our team - Steve Robertson, Paul Golder, Gareth Williams, Nick Field and Xanthe Bearman - chatted to 22 bands, singers and organisations, all of which you can hear below.
