Formed from the West End cast of the Broadway musical Beatlemania, The Bootleg Beatles have performed over 4,000 times since their establishment in March 1980, almost 10 years to the day since Paul McCartney announced the original Fab Four’s split. Over the years, they’ve performed The Beatles’ hits around the world many times over, playing to the likes of Sir Paul McCartney, George Harrison, George Martin and The Queen.
Gareth spoke to Steve (Paul), Steve (George) and Gordon (Ringo) about the band, playing festivals and their other musical loves.
