Suffolk Archives – interview at Latitude 2022

Suffolk Archives joined the stalls at Latitude Festival this year to showcase to visitors of all ages that finding out about local history has never been so easy – and there’s some great stories to be told. Alongside some topical tales on show about Pride Month and the Platinum Jubilee, when we chatted to Emily from Suffolk Archives, she told us about one of her favourite local stories about how a Suffolk lady became the first woman to do a parachute jump. Local history has never been so much fun – find out more for yourself at www.suffolkarchives.co.uk.
