The draw has been made for the semi-finals of the BBC Essex Senior Cup.

The final will take place on Tuesday 11th March at the JobServe Community Stadium, home of Colchester United, with only a number of sides left in the competition.

For the U’s, the highest-ranked team left in the competition, if they overcome Buckhurst Hill or Canvey Island, they will lock horns with Hashtag United or Aveley.

A handful of teams from the Isthmian North Division remain – one of them is Redbridge and if they progress to the semi-finals with a win over Concord Rangers, they will take on Maldon & Tiptree, Witham Town or Little Oakley.

Due to the number of postponements to ties in recent weeks, quarter-finals ties are still yet to be played.
