The Arts Programme – 169 – What Maketh Man?

The big man question for fathers day will not be revealed during this show.

However we do talk about some super creative guys and how they had to be brave at such a young age, and we also speak very affectionately about those founding fathers of music.

We also talk about our top podcasts for dads, alongside a playlist of dad’s faves. Did your dad ever have playlist to wake you up at the weekend?

We listen to everyone from Thom Yorke to the Lighthouse family and Enya. We also played some Disney in Cantonese ft. Jackie Chan, on a journey to find out how to really make a man out of you.

We also covered all of the cultural events happening locally, including the last events of the Brentwood Art Trail, the Chelmsford Festival line up and the MILES of walking that the Essex book festival has taken us on!

Happy Fathers Day, and listen again to The Arts Programme with Natalie and Claire.

P.s. Fancy a free drawing workshop this Wednesday with Natalie this week – book onto YAYmates at Queens Theatre Hornchurch here: YAY Marker Pens!
