The Arts Programme – 125 – Every Day Pride
This week on our Pride show we welcomed author JP Seabright to the show. They told us about their latest ‘pamphlet’ releases as well as reading us some musings from GenderFux and Fragments Before The Fall. Villene Hyam from Brentwood Art Trail also popped in to update us on the month of trail events.
In the second half of the show we had more guests! Garry and Saski from Essex Pride. They told us about their super line up for Pride, and how it has grown from a ‘party in a pub’ to a county festival with a parade with over 19 years of success!
Of course, we also had the songs that make you feel proud in our loud and proud playlist. There were some brilliant tracks that you suggested including tracks from Scissor Sisters, Lady Gaga and Claud.
