With Spencer taking a week off I had the pleasure of getting back into the studio for three hours of upbeat music and chat, including an enjoyable conversation with Chelmsford musician Alex Southgate.

Alex occasionally played keyboard with Les McKeown’s Bay City Rollers and has recorded a tribute song to the legendry boy band’s lead singer, who died in April. As well as performing Fly So High Alex spoke about what Les was like off stage together with the amazing loyalty of the fans, including a strong following in Japan.
