There are some great samples and reworkings of old favourites around at the moment, such as Badger & Natasha Bedingfied’s remix of her 20 year old earworm These Words and Kygo’s catchy For Life, which revives Modjo’s 24 year old smash hit Lady (hear me tonight).

As well as those I made a brief nod to Eurovision with 2012’s winning entry for Sweden; gave an airing to a Sonique song other than the usual radio favourite Feels So Good; and pulled out an early hit from – in my opinion at least – the under-played N-Dubz!
