On today’s show we learnt about problems resulting from the decision by a farmer to import a herd of cattle that had been created at the behest of Nazi officials. The breed thus created exhibited excessive ferocious Aryan characteristics, rooted in runes, folklore and legend – something truly primeval. So vicious were they that anyone venturing close to them was at risk of their life. Half a dozen of the most aggressive animals have ultimately ended their days as sausages but undaunted the farmer still intends to try to breed a new batch for meat. Anyone for Third Reich sausages?
