As it’s Tuesday I was pleased to welcome back Frances Clamp and even more delighted when she took me to visit two pubs in the Billericay of the 1960’s. Bot more of that anon!

During the first hour of today’s show we heard about the owl that was supposed to make a grand entrance to present the rings at a wedding, but instead flew into the rafters of the church where it fell asleep! We also heard about the Australian mother who, to teach her daughter a lesson, has auctioned off tickets for a One Direction concert, she had originally bought for her birthday present. That’ll learn her to obey some house rules!
