Turtle Soup were the 22nd band in this year’s sessions, turning up at 7am on Sunday morning to play three songs – Penrose Walks, Butterfly Needle In A Surface Vein and Robin. The songs were played out for the first time on Phoenix FM’s Curveballs Show with Nick Field on 11 July 2012. It was the band’s second session for Phoenix FM, having previously taken part in our first 24hr sessions back in February 2011.
