Looking forward to another full fixture of football, British Super bikes and the Essex Spartans play off game agaist Lancashire Wolvernes.

Live on air was Rob Guiver leader in the Sunoco British 125 GP championship. As normal Rob was very optermistic at the chance of winning this weekend. With his race not starting until 5.30pm there’s lots of spaire time to get physced up for the last race of the day late on Monday evening.

We also wished Sean and Steve of the Essex Spartans the very best of luck against Lancashire in the days play off for Sunday afternoon.

Plus F1 is back again kicking off the second half of the season from Spa in Belgium. Can we get another British win with McClaren looking strong after a three week break?
