It was with great pleasure that Friday we spoke to Steve Watson and Sean Benton from the Essex Spartans American football team. With just three games to go of the normal season and with an eye on the play offs for a place in Division 1 east next season. With last home game of the season being played on Sunday afternoon against Maidstone Pumas the Spartans made easy work of winning 50-0 to leave just two games remaning of the season. Also in the studio for the first time in over two months was Mike Burchett. Talk local community football and how great the Forest Glade 5 a side competition run at the end of May. With over 130 teams taking part agin this was a great sucess for Forest Glade.  Now we are getting close to the start of a new football season parents and kids are now looking for new teams to play for. Along with teams searching for new players of all ages both boys and gilrs alike.
