The Arts Programme – 120 – Being Well & Biennale

This week we listened to some great advice about being well in the arts from Adam Bambrough from the Wellbeing in the Arts organisation and all about Natalie’s adventures last weekend to the Venice Biennale.

We also welcomed Spencer Hawken (film guy) into the studio to talk all things Romford Film Festival!

The eventful afternoon also saw a power cut and a super set of tunes on the theme of Princess and Princesses from Anastasia, The Musical to Stevie Wonder and Adam & The Ants; to celebrate the discovery of a local history surrounding an Indian Princess.
