This week we have been exploring what mindfulness means as a creative. We have had an insight into the new £1m creative fund that Essex County Council has revealed and we were joined in today’s show by Charlotte from Bluerskies Mindful Creative’s, who has turned her practise to helping others through mindful creativity.

She has given us a peak into her interesting journey into the art world, and has had a giggle with us too. Music theme of the week ‘Sky’ has prompted an eclectic collection including ELO, Kate Bush and Jhonny Cash Listen again to The Arts Programme.
