In today’s show we started off understanding the 7 different types of rest that we need to sustain our wellbeing. And our guest Claire Mackaness from Beautiful Things HQ sewing and craft emporium of loveliness on Ingrave Road told us about how she builds in regular ‘me time’ to ensure that she’s looking after herself and her family.
