Each week I treat you to a selection of audible delights from shows of Drivetime past – The regular features like travel, local events and news take a back-seat because this best/worst includes some of my fellow presenting chums plus a few random talky bits…
On Monday’s show I reported from the Southend Raspberry Pi Birthday Jam – nothing to do with food, but computers, robotics, and education. Click here to read/hear more.
Best/Worst of the Week!
As usual, I offer a few selected hi/lo-lights from the week and it all starts with #PhoenixFilth which features my fellow presenters saying things out of context… It’s best if you just listen! Having picked on Naomi Hefford for a couple of weeks, I decided to let her off this time and allow her to enjoy somebody else’s “smut”!
Vicki Michelle struggles to describe a garden gizmo that deals with leaves. Lydia Lucy allows an innocent comment about her height to offer a more-than-neccessary insight into her personal tastes! We also have Scott Ross getting into a muddle announcing one of our new songs from the A-List 🙂
Of course, I also say things that may be considered as innuendo – but if I point them out here then nobody can get me for it!
Drone deliveries may be coming to your back garden – but is a parcel flying over your fence a new thing?
Fellow presenter and vlogger, Nikki Mills, has all the best questions on Mills Meets! #Farts

After seeing an inspirational tweet from somebody I follow, I couldn’t resist having a typical “Charlie” answer for it…
It was #RikMayallDay on Twitter on Wednesday so I spoke about one of my favourite scenes from “Bottom”.
How to talk-up a song intro…
…and how to talk at the end of it…
When talking about the forthcoming Standon Calling festival, I realised that there was a way to ensure I get backstage during Phoenix FM’s coverage…
On Friday’s show, we had our regular film review with Mark Searby which you can listen to here…
