Today we heard that the likelihood is that if you are once an Essex girl, you probably will be for life.
Why? Well we learnt today about how 98-year-old grandmother Betty Wright got her wish to be taken by the staff of her Essex care home to see a performance of male strippers, THE DREAMBOYS.
Apparently Betty suffers from a mild form of dementia but seemingly has excellent eyesight.
Well she did, whether she still has may be open to question!
Later in the programme, Margaret Mills told us all about someone else with good eyesight – the Essex born artist, JOHN CONSTABLE.
