Ye gods, it’s Monday again!

How quickly the weekend comes and goes and back we go once more to the old grindstone.

To try and cheer us up with news of other people’s misfortunes (always so much funnier than one’s own, I always feel) we told you today about the Uber driver trying to get to a BBQ, but instead found himself driving across a golf course.

It would of course have been better had he been driving a Golf, but sadly it was a Toyota Plus.

At least he didn’t end up in a bunker but I don’t suppose the greens manager will have been too impressed!

We also heard about the man who pulled over to text his wife only to be buried immediately along with his van, underneath a 50 ft tree.

Must have been a trunk call!
