Time to Talk Day on Phoenix FM – Preview

Tomorrow (Thursday) is Time to Talk Day.
On Time to Talk Day we’re asking people to get talking about mental health. Wherever you are, your conversation matters.
Each year one in four of us experiences a mental health problem. Yet too many of us are made to feel isolated, ashamed and worthless.
Time to Talk Day is a chance for everyone to open up about mental health – to talk, listen, to change lives.

As in previous years Phoenix FM is devoting much of it’s daytime output tomorrow to talking mental health with a variety of guests.

Today I was joined by mental health campaigner and Phoenix FM presenter Scott W along with Sam Brooker from the Fitness in Mind Team at the Brentwood Centre to preview the day.
