A couple of stories about age and aging today…

540

A couple in their seventies are celebrating the birth of their first child.
On 19th April, Daljinder Kaur, 72, from Amritsar in India, gave birth to a healthy baby boy.
She and  husband Mohinder Singh Gill, 79, married for 47 years, decided to seek fertility treatment after the end of a family feud.
Dad Gill, a farmer, said: ‘I felt upset as I was unable to produce a child. After sometime we thought of having a baby, once again.’
New mum Daljinder is delighted to have a baby boy, who they have named Arman Singh.

Also, scientists claim to have developed an invisible elastic film that can be applied to the skin to reduce wrinkles and eye bags.

Once applied, it dries to form a film that “mimics the properties of youthful skin”

At the moment it is being explored as a cosmetic product.

But the  scientists say their “second skin” might  be used to deliver medicines and sun protection.

The polysiloxane polymer was made in the lab using molecules of silicone and oxygen as the building blocks.

Soon we’ll all be like supermarket chickens shrink wrapped in film!

Grow old gracefully folks!
