Suddenly it felt like winter was near at hand driving into Brentwood tonight. With no guests, it was time to relax to our eclectic music mix and hear some wondrous stories. Businessman Richard Colton had left his car collection to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. This included 2 Ferraris that sold for £8.5 million. The dismantled Dismaland bemusement park is on its way to a refugee camp in France after Banksy donated it to Aid Box Convoy. Jeff Woolmer had forgotten that he had put in a £9,000 bid to buy a seven tonne ex-Canadian army tank. He had to move from a flat to a house so he can park it on the drive way! All those who contacted the show were glad they were not the neighbours. For some reason we began putting together a script for a Mexican version of Downton Abbey! With John Lewis launching a catalogue full of 1970s retro items, we shared what we missed most from the 1970s. This included the Ford Capri, Morecambe & Wise, Smash and Kenny Everett being on the radio every day. We enjoyed the music of Jim Diamond who passed away this week aged 64 years. In a first for the show, Michael requested a song in Irish Gaelic.
