After a chilly day in Essex, what was needed was some more R & R. Some of the requests tonight showed that not everyone shares the same idea of rest and relaxation. Jumping around to Bon Jovi and dancing to Taylor Swift apparently count as well as day dreaming with Frank Sinatra or snuggling under the duvet to Carole King. In the news we heard that the beard of Tutankhamen on the death mask in the Cairo Museum has an unexplained line of glue around where it joins the chin. This led to confessions of dropping or breaking items. Bob had dropped candle wax on the carpet and Chris had tried to iron it off with brown paper, only to burn a hole in the middle of the carpet! Rene had dropped a phone. We were very busy in the chatroom tonight. Odd news stories included Preston Station putting up a Kiss and Ride sign. The most commented on story was the news that according to votes on TripAdvisor the best restaurant in Cardiff is The Clink Restaurant, which is open to the public at HMP Cardiff and is staffed entirely by prisoners. Why did no-one ever think of that in Chelmsford? Towards the end of the show we heard the football result Cambridge United 0 Manchester United 0. See if you can work out which track I played.
