On today’s programme we found out why drivers might be thankful not to live in Brentwood, California, where due an error drivers were only allowed a minute of parking time and were being ticketed even before they’d reached the ticket machine.
Well from modern day highway robbery, in today’s ESSEX TALE, Carl Merry took us back to the year 1751 when Highwaymen were afoot in Essex.
