Such a shame that my expected guest Adrian Nation was unable to get to the studio today. He made a heroic effort to get here but an accident on the A12 Colchester by-pass meant that Adrian was stuck in traffic for a good couple of hours and eventually had to give up. My thanks to Adrian for doing his best to get here. Hopefully we will be able to re-schedule for another day. Adrian will be appearing at the Brentwood Festival this Sunday from 1pm.

In the second hour I was delighted to be joined in the studio by David Goodman from Ingatestone Rotary Club who came in to tell us  about the annual jazz concert at Ingatestone Hall tomorrow.
