We all suffer from Cold calling . Usually at mealtimes the phone will ring and there will be a distant voice trying to sell you some unwanted or unneccesary item or persuading you to divulge private information

My guest today is trying to put a stop to that . He is Gerry Calder who chairs the Thurrock Over Fifties forum and has organised  a petition to get these calls banned
