Album of the week this week came from a band I discovered by accident – I spent too long listening to Spotify’s new releases, and this popped up. Just as well as I may never have found out about them any other way …

Boy is a Swiss-German pop duo founded in 2007 by singer Valeska Steiner and bassist Sonja Glass. Mutual Friends, their debut album, was originally released in autumn 2011 but has just got a first release for the UK market.
