Tonight I was joined in the studio by upcoming local rockers Three Day Weekend. The current line-up was established about a year ago and they’ve been playing live regularly since, including both covers and original material in their sets. Expect to hear more of the latter very soon, with the release of their debut single Don’t Believe on July 13^th, with an EP likely to follow later in the year. The band play the Millhouse Social Club in Dagenham on July 6th, and can be found online at www.threedayweekend.co.uk and on Facebook, Twitter and SoundCloud.

I also chatted to Carousel Circus frontman Craig Gould on the phone. Since we last chatted to him in September 2010, Carousel Circus has expanded their line-up and taken on a new sound.
