Tonight we welcomed Susie and Laura from Diva Purple – an all-female Deep Purple tribute band – to the studio. Originally formed in 2019, the fivesome (also featuring Cara, Maisie and Pera) recently returned to the live scene with a new line-up earlier this year. We chatted to them just ahead of their latest gigs in Colchester and Kings Cross, and they can next be seen at The Rose & Crown, Walthamstow on August 16th, although they’ll be announcing more summer gigs soon too.
