Tonight I was joined in the studio by new local band Heroes on Weekends. The foursome formed late last year and recently recorded their first demo, which can be downloaded for free from their Facebook page at www.facebook.com/heroesonweekends. They can next be seen live at The Hermit (Shenfield Road) on July 1^st, followed by Chelmsford’s Box Club on July 8^th and then the following weekend at the First Days of Freedom Festival in Kent.
