The Life of a Bootilious Babe, Competition between two Feisty Females and a Girl Band Reuniting, talk about Girl Power!

Beyonce’s Life Documentary

Fans of bootilious Beyonce will be happy to know that she is planning on following the like of Katy Perry and Justin Bieber in directing, producing and starring in a documentary, which will give an insight into her life.

Concert and interview clips will be used to cover all the important moments which has happened in the life and career which include her marriage to Jay-Z, the birth of their child, Blue Ivy Carter and the release of her last studio album, 4.

It will also probably feature her time in Destiny’s child, how could it not. But it has been dismissed by fellow band member Kelly Rowland, that they would never reunite. She explained saying “If [reuniting is] something that we would want to do, you know, [we would do it] but in the meantime we’re just enjoying each other’s friendship.”

“We have a good time together and I think that’s the most important thing.

“We don’t want to scratch each other’s eyes out; we love each other too much.”

Lewis VS Minaj

It seems like Nicki Minaj may have a bit of competition soon, when it comes to rapping. An Unlikely contender has revealed she will be rapping on her new album and has said “I could probably go up against Nicki Minaj now. I’m actually that good, so I’m coming for you Nicki! London style MCing.”

The woman who has said that is, Leona Lewis.
Her 3rd studio LP is called Glassheart and will feature rapping which she explains she has ‘discovered her voice for’. Dubstep and Dance will also reportedly be on the album with traditional song lyrics but a source has said there will be ‘no ballads. It’s a big change for her.”

Glassheart is due to hit UK stores on 15th October.

Spice Up the Olympics!

One girl band will be reuniting for just one show and the last performance of their career. After much deliberation it has been pretty much confirmed the Spice Girls will perform at the closing ceremony of the Olympics. With journalised tweeting that the girls are in rehearsals and Posh Spice aka Victoria Beckham posting a picture of the sparkly gold microphone she used for the Spice Girls reunion tour in 2007, accompanying the snap with the comment: “Look what I found!

The girls have recently reunited to launch and promote Viva Forever, which is a musical based on some of their songs but it is not likely the girls will make a comeback after the Olympics.

Other bands performing at the closing Ceremony on the 12th August are Take That, Queen and One Direction.
