On this week’s show, I focused on Essex Senior League clubs Great Wakering Rovers and Romford who have both reached the semi-finals of the FA Vase, and are both hoping to be the first Essex side for four decades to win the competition since Stansted triumphed at Wembley back in 1984.

My guests this week were Great Wakering Rovers manager Marcus Bowers, who can be heard 9 minutes into the show, and Romford chairman Steve Gardener who I spoke with beginning at 19 minutes.
