Including conversations with my two guests this week – John King from Cedar Avenue Football Club, who came in to tell me about the club’s fundraising activities, support for mental health organisations and their new home at Brentwood Town’s Brentwood Centre Arena.

I also spoke with local boxer Jimmy Sains, ahead of his fifth professional fight at the Brentwood Centre this Saturday (29th June).
