On this week’s show, I looked ahead to Saturday night’s Champions League final and saw Port Vale win promotion to EFL League Two, as they brushed aside Mansfield Town in the play-off final at Wembley with a comfortable 3-0 victory.
The Rugby League Challenge Cup was won by Wigan Warriors for the 20th time, as they came back from behind late on to beat Huddersfield Giants 16-14 in the final at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
