Niall Stringer passed away last year aged 17-years-old, sparking an outpouring of emotion from the community, including his rugby club. Very sadly, Niall took his own life.
He spent the last three years playing for Old Brentwood’s Rugby Club, and was described as an “exceptional talent”.
Last year I spoke to Stefano Aylott from Old Brentwoods Rugby club who told us about Niall.

So the Niall Stringer foundation was formed and this Saturday there’s a fundraising charity match. Please support it if you can.
