With the start of another week, we looked back at a couple of tragedies which befell some of our fellow human beings last week.
Your wedding day is always going to be – or should be – the day you’ll remember for the rest of your life but one couple will certainly have cause to remember their big day.
As the bride looked into the groom’s eyes and pronounced her vows, the female minister turned a ghastly shade of pale, her cheeks started too bulge and then just after the bride uttered the words promising her faithfulness in seasons of abundance, the minister threw up and collapsed on the floor.
Visibly shaken, but determined not to be thrown herself, the bride completed her vows – in sickness as in health!
Meanwhile from Plymouth came news of the 91-year old motorist who was led astray by her sat-nav which directed her down a flight of steps.
It has since emerged that this a favourite trap for sat-nav users as others have been similarly lead astray at the same junction.
Oh dear!
Well so song as I can keep to the straight and narrow I’ll see you again tomorrow,
Scott
