The country is in turmoil. We’re leaving the EU, The Prime Minister has resigned, The Labour Party is imploding, social media is full of very angry people, the financial markets are in shock, Barry Gibb performs with Coldplay, The England team forgets how to play football, and floods of biblical proportion. And all while I was away in Cornwall.
But it’s OK. I’m back now, calm down everyone. Let’s do some slow deep breathing exercises…
