On today’s show we heard all about the drunk, illiterate and would-be robber who mistook a fish and chip shop for a bookmaker. Clearly he was not on a good bet before he started!
Meanwhile on the other side of the Atlantic things are not much better as from Buffalo, New York State we heard news of a man who stole $11,000 in cash and drugs from a drug dealer, who he then tried to stitch up for stealing a hearse! He first stole the hearse himself then told the drug dealer that his ill gotten gains were to be found inside said vehicle. He then intended to tell police that the dealer had stolen the hearse and was driving around town in it. Of course it all went wrong and he ended up behind bars but when he comes out he’ll still have to face the wrath of the drug dealer! 
Rather him than me!
