I was joined on today’s programme by STAN KELLER, District Governor of the predominantly ESSEX Rotary Clubs, who’s been charged with organising THE WORLD’s BIGGEST QUIZ which is to be staged at the home of SOUTHEND UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB, Roots Hall between 12 noon and 4pm on Saturday 6th June.

A total of 2500 people are needed to break the existing record with all proceeds going to LANCASTER SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOOL in Southend. Tickets for the IMG_0082event are priced at just £2 but do need to be booked in advance, can be obtained on line from www.rotarybigquiz.org or from any Rotary Club in Essex, a list of which can be found at www.rotary1240.org or you can e-mail enquiries@rotarybigquiz.org.

In the second hour of today’s show we heard about the Australian farmer accused of cruelty to animals, after one of his employees used bad language in front of aOffended sheep flock of sheep. Love it!
