I’ve been suitably telt off by the Head Phoenix, so now here I am, bringing colour, delight, and the latest on the B186.
It’s ironic, really, but I don’t actually drive. Hardly ever have either. In the short phase of time where I was behind a wheel, the doctors and nurses found I had a condition which precluded me from driving. And it wasn’t even lack of driving ability.
No matter, though, as I’m entirely dependent on public transport, so I know how vital it is to know if getting from A to B entails having to now go via the C to get there.
Of course, tuning in for three hours, just to be told that Ingrave Road is clear, or the 4.39 to Southend Victoria is three minutes late, isn’t conducive to a spiffing time. Usually, anyway. So, of course, there’s plenty more besides.
Not only do you get updates from this:
And this:
You get your
As well the latest sport locally and nationally
You get a delve into local events:
News every half hour
And, of course, great music, from the latest bands to hits up and down the decades
So why not make the trip home that much more fun? Spiffing music, travel bulletins that are actually for your area, news, sport, showbiz, it’s three hours of fun and frolics every weekday between 3 and 6pm.
Hurrah! See you soon, chaps and chapesses.
